This song was actually written in two stages so I have included both. The initial version was all original, which I called “I Praise The Lord”, was all original but I later decided to add some of “Nothing But The Blood” as it makes the song more complete to me. I also do this when I am playing secular songs sometimes. For example, I play Grateful Dead’s “Ripple” and add a verse of “Because He Lives”.
